Nassau County and Suffolk County-We are here to help you
Long Island is a unique and great place to live. However, it is one of the most expensive places to live. In these stressful times, we offer many types of retainers to help alleviate the financial tress for families who have just lost a loved one. The loss of a loved one is devastating enough. We are here to help you with the legal aspect of their estate and to make your life easier in that respect so you can concentrate on healing and moving on with your life and taking care of those still here.
I was born in Glen Cove and raised in the Brookville area. I attended a school in Oyster Bay for my early education. I then attended CW Post College located on the north shore of Long Island because I wanted to stay close to home. I graduated from a local law school and worked my entire life on Long Island. My work has brought me to travel and to practice in areas such as Westchester, Bronx, New York County, Queens and of course, Nassau County and Suffolk County.
Our clients live all over the Island and in the five boroughs. We have many clients on the Eastern End of Long Island including the Hamptons, Shelter Island and Fire Island. We work closely with families that own all types of businesses, from media to wineries out east. The estates that we handle range from simple to complex including developing an estate plan for those living including dynasty and other living trusts to protect assets and maximize their families inheritance.
We work very closely with each client. I supervise the communication with our clients as well as the progress of each and every case almost daily.
To speak with our office, please contact us for a free consultation. If you have a quoted price from another attorney or law firm, let us know and we will review the case to determine if we can offer you a better, less expensive price for the legal fees, without compromising quality.
We have retainers that are paid from the Estate and inheritance so, if you qualify, you do not have to pay any initial legal fees.
I love Long Island and its people. We love helping families in these hard times and to do the proper planning so that their last wishes are carried out.
