RETAINERS:  All types of retainers available.  Upon a completed case evaluation, you will be informed as to the types of retainers available.  Many estates choose a deferred retainer when allowed, others may choose an hourly or flat rate fee based on the needs of the estate and your case.   Cash poor – no problem, call our firm.  Many of our clients who do not have the funds to pay for legal fees contact our office for alternative types of retainer arrangements.
