HOW IS THE EXECUTOR OR ADMINISTRATOR IS HANDLING THE ESTATE?

We can ensure that we protect all your rights to maximize the inheritance and share of the estate and safeguard against any negligence or fraud by the fiduciary that affects the estate and your pocket. We know what to look for, the hidden expenses that are not appropriate and fraudulent conduct and take the appropriate steps to stop it and remove that person. There are many stages of the Estate and at each stage, we will take the appropriate action to scrutinize the actions of others and ensure that you are receiving your full inheritance.

Is the estate cash poor but property rich?

Are you the executor but you have no money to hire an attorney for the Estate and you must? We have many different types of retainers available depending on your needs and the Estate. One retainer that is very popular with clients especially in times like these when no one has extra money but need to hire an attorney is the “legal deferred retainer.” The legal deferred retainer”, is a type of retainer that our office offers to clients who are inheriting or is the named executor or administrator, and you do not pay us any legal fees. The legal fees will be paid by the estate or from your inheritance upon collection of the estate assets and/or prior to distribution. Thus, we are paid generally towards the end of the estate. There is no money out of your pocket.
